DO PEOPLE CARE ABOUT HIGH RENT

It seems like the fire that Jimmy Mcmillan lit at the New York Governor debate at Hofstra University a few weeks ago has died out. Or has it? Not to take anything away from this movement, but this is the perfect example of people living for the moment. The concerns that Mr. Mcmillan expressed seems relevant to all renters of New York state, but where is the support that his voice needs? The voters have the power, but sometimes allow the influence of the media to control it. On tuesday November 2nd, the people of New York state have the opportunity to make a transition by voting for an honest voice. We will see what the outcome brings. Let's see if New York is going to vote for appearance , or standards and quality.

SANITY OR UNITY RESTORED?

Whatever the mission was on saturday at the National Mall in Washington, D.C., it was a success. Over 200,000 people attended the rally to unite, and reflect on like minded views. In this current state that the United States is in, the rally was a breathe of fresh air. The supporters were treated to several musical acts. The Woodstock style rally minus the drugs and other unmentionables went off without any hardship. Stewart and Colbert conducted themselves as generals leading the charge to a new America. Finally someone has figured out what this country needs. It's not to vote in one side, and kick out the other, no it's to work together, and have a good time.
