BOWLING GREEN, Va. -- Police in Virginia have now charged the driver of a bus that overturned in Virginia Tuesday morning, killing four people and injuring more than 50.
Spokeswoman Corinne Geller said Sky Express driver 37-year-old Kin Yiu Cheng is charged with reckless driving and is being held at an area jail on $3,000 bond. He suffered minor injuries in the
crash on Interstate 95 about 30 miles north of Richmond.
The bus was headed from Greensboro, N.C., to New York City.
State police say four women were killed and 54 passengers were treated at hospitals for minor to life-threatening injuries.
Authorities say driver fatigue contributed to the crash. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating.
Meanwhile, Tom Bartholomy, the President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau of the Southern Piedmont describes operations at sky express this way: “I guess the best word for it is sketchy."

The BBB says the company didn't make the grade locally.
"Two unanswered complaints, failure to respond to our requests for background information. They have an 'F' rating," said Bartholomy.
The Better Business Bureau opened a file on Sky Express in January.
After Tuesdays deadly crash, the National Transportation Safety Board has launched its own investigation.
According to an NTSB spokesperson: "The NTSB looks at everything, from highway design to the entire operation of the bus company. Investigators will also look into the 72-hour background of the driver to determine if there was anything that could have affected his or her ability to safely operate."
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, which regulates interstate travel, says Sky Express performed worse than 97 percent of all passenger bus companies within the last 12 months. They also performed worse than 99.7 percent in the last 24 months
The company also has a record of fatigued drivers. They scored worse than 77.8 percent of all bus companies within the last year and scoring worse than 86.2 percent within the past two years.
